想問下買 retirement village 要55 歲才可以住，有冇其他洗費？因為見屋好平。
咁屋主死後，間屋會點？可傳給後代？可出租？

No no no! This is NOT an investment option, more like a lifestyle choice.
Better to check the contract carefully before you decide, each place is different:

Eg. the one my mother-in-law is in:

- can only sell back to management (eg. she paid 500k+ 10 years ago, when she moves out, we are only expected to get ~150k back)

- can't rent out to someone else

- can't sell to someone else

- can't be passed onto family

- lots of rules and regulations (even more that an apartment building)

- monthly fees (some are more than a normal apartment)

- good ones tend to have long waiting list
