By the way, I have saw a baking pan which contain 8-9 ginger boy mods, but it cost too much I think, $100. Any suggestion from you and the others? Where else can I buy them with lower price?
Ground ginger(in powder form) is a kind of seasoning sold in ordinary supermarkets, such as park'n shop, wellcome. As far as I remember, it costs about $15 for one little bottle(sorry I forgot how many grams).
Many gingerbread recipe use ground ginger. So I wonder if 生薑粉 in the recipe posted here is the same thing as ground ginger.
