i tried all the methods as you mentioned below but he's still no improvement. i let him to see the doctor yestersday and will see the specialist in eastern hospital next week. please let me know what is 'salt water' which is used to clean his nose? sorry, i don't know to type it in chinese, then i typed in english.
The salt water is given by the doctor, in chinese it's call 生理鹽水 if for the baby who cannot take medicine. My boy is just 1 month and 1 week old, he suffered for the same problem when he is only 2 weeks old. The doctor gave me the 生理鹽水 and ask me to put 2 to 3 drops inside his norse if he cannot breath. Keep the room temperture warmer but don't close the window. He don't suggest to give medicine to such a small baby.

同可以的話俾水蒸氣佢索吓。但亦要留意吓BB有時有機會想飲水或天冷想食多啲，未必戒咗夜奶一定唔喊奶
