B&B in London and Paris

I will travel to London and Paris in March 2004.

Can anyone suggest some web sites where I can book the "B&B" in London and Paris?

Any places I must go there ?

Is March a good time to visit there ?

Should I book the air tickets now ? Or there may be special price at Jan/Feb ?

Sorry for so many questions.

March is terrible, and u will feel sorry - daytime is extremely short and is very cold.

My memories of March in UK are wet, daffoddils all around the front yard of houses, getting dark around 3pm, windy and chilly. With some imagination, you might enjoy it! I wouldn't!

How about Paris ? Maybe I only stay in France then.

Is there any website where I can book the "B&B" or hotels in France at reasonable price ?
