my maid will end contract this december... mostly likely i will renew the contract with her (she is okay in every aspect, except she will black face and challenge me when i change her work schedule - given verbal warning already)
the problem is she is a young girl who always (fat hau).. so we are worried she is a high risk maid she has her holidays....
and her self-dignity is very high.. not very feasible to ask her to have injection before back to her home...
so we are thinking to let her go home for annual leave earlier(in august) and so if she really bingoes, we only need to wait three months until the contract expires and employ a new maid.
is it okay to do that? no liability if we do just not renew the contract with her? any one who can share experience?
