有冇人係冇set timetable ga?
1st time employ maid, not sure if it's useful to make the timetable? and I don't kno how frequecy should I ask her to clean window, furiture.....?pls recommend
I have sent the duty schedule to the agency so that they will brief the maid before she arrive at my home.
I briefed again the maid on the duty schedule on Day 1 she arrived.
Most of the maids do not have "auto pilot" and you need to push the button in order to make them work. But most of the time they do not response to the button!!!!!!!!!
However, it's still better to give her a duty schedule so that she know what her duty is and what your expectation is. The schedule depends from family to family, basically what you would expect her to achieve!
I have a routine timetable, such as what time she has to pick up the children, make the meal, do the laundry and clean the floor........Also she has to do some major cleaning every week such as cleaning the windows and the kitchen (detailed cleaning)
You really need to give them a schedule and set a "programme" for their computer! Otherwise they will not "move" at all!!!!
