- boil a pot of water until 100'C
- put the duck's tongue into boiling water and cook for ~3 min.
- drain the water
- soak the duck's tongue in either marinate sauce or wine sauce
- the sauce is available from supermarket, either Lee Kam Kee or Amoy will do.
