I also have this bad experience with 3. They try to push me to put the 3G home phone at my house and just said only got a pc and internet is ok ga la!!!!! but finally I encounter many problems, and always call the customer service dept, no one follow up my case and said I am unlucky wor@!!!! finally b4 I decide to write this case to magazine to complaint, the manager agree me to stop my phone and I swear I will never use Hutchison anymore in my life!
jaisy: I only stop the home 3G, now is using the mobile 3G - LG model!!!! But if not they push me the home 3G, I sure will not sell my SHARP mobile!!! as I find 3 mobile service is poor and I not like the 3G mobile phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I did sign a 1.5 years contract tim!!!!!!!!! I swear after the contract I must stop and change back to other phone company!!!! want to cry
