About 弓型蟲, I have done the blood test when I am 16 weeks pregnant. Actually doctor said HK cat is no problem as they seldom go outside, and blood test and make me feel more secure.
I also have one little doggie at home! Before, I tried to ignore my doggie when I was in 3-month pregnancy, but now I can't as I was pity him so much! He wanted to play with me always (I am a 100% housewife and could 24 hours stay at home)! Then, I consulted with doctor abt keeping pet at home, she adviced me to take TOXO blood test to see if any virus affect my blood!!! Luckily, there is nothing at all!
But...I wonder if any BK mami cleans up your pet's drops (i.e. pee & poo) when you are in pregnancy? My husband is doing his best when he is at home, but it is impossible to wait for his coming back home to clean the drops, right?! My husband advices me to wear mask to pick the drops up, and wash my hands completely...I think it should be okay for me and baby ?-( am i right? But the nurse adviced me that the animals drops are easy to widespread disease, then...what should I do???
I love my doggie so much, but also, I love my baby so much too...! Any mami could give me any suggestion?!
