My Dr. suggest to give the medince when it is 38.3oc/101 or up only. He said fever under this temperature(e.g. 100oc) the body temperature will go up to killing the virus(that's why will have fever).
When it is 38.3oc it will also kill the virus and harm to the body and will need to take the medinice to let the temperature go down. That's why he asked me to feed my baby when it is 38.3oc or up. But I feed my baby once when she is 38.oc before she sleep at night (I think it is eazy to have high fever while sleeping).
