Go to romantic restuarant with 2.5 years old daughter?! Will you consider the grill room inside the hotels? Maybe you can try Pizzeria in Kowloon Hotel for Italian food. The restaurant is at the back of the coffee shop (the coffee shop is crowded) but the place is quite quiet but not as formal as some of the grill rooms inside the hotel.
