hello alex, several concept i thk you need to understand :
1. 香薰精油 (fragrance oil) has no implication of pure natural. It can be partially natural , pure natural or even zero natural. In our ad, we never mention a word saying it is pure natural. We have even amend our saying for pure natural. If you have purchased the fragrance oil based our wrong explanation, we can refund to you.
2. Skin allergy can be caused by any fragrance no matter it is natural or unnatural . It can also be caused by many reason such as nut / change of weather. And in our ad, we do not even said any word saying it is low allergy or no allergy as every fragrance ingredient may hv risk of causing allergy.
3. Regarding the MSDS , we show to Customs, Consumer Council or FDA approval only. As it shows exactly how much percentage or each fragrance, competitor can easily copy from it which cause confidentiality issue. In case you file a report to consumer council, we can show them accordingly.
4. If you have any allergy, we have 14 days free return or refund policy. You can actually send back to our office and we will handle the return and refund for you unconditionally.
5. if you have further inquiry, you can leave your contact to us. Our legal team can clarify further with you regarding the consumer goods ordinance.
如此不專業，仲叫我如果覺得他們產品與描述不符可以同佢嘅法律團隊查詢，或如果想要進一步查詢成份就叫我去消費者委員會投訴先。之後再三重覆可以退款，咁差嘅產品，我一早掉咗啦，如果吾係見到佢個精油post我都吾會咁火滾。大家上網買香水真係要小心。
