Seeking for Managed Services Executive (Full-time) (Labour Department Job Order No:13-20-0014794 CS)
Location: Wong Chuk Hang
Working hours: Mon – Fri; 8hrs per day
Responsibilities:
- Perform remediation and renewal reviews of Customer Due Diligence
- Support financial crime-based investigations - Process and review applications from customers
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback professionally and with a customer-centric mindset
- Complete review timely and take prompt actions on referrals or queries in order to keep the case moving
- Manage caseload throughout end to end process in timely manner
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any disciplines- Experience of working in customer service capacity (e.g. call centre, airline, hospitality) or handling customer due diligence business processes is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills and good command on written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to assimilate and apply detailed process instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
