Responsibilities :
• Handle daily office administration works.
• Review office services & supplies contracts.
• Support Finance team for the basic accounting works.
• Planning staff events and communicate with other departments.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirments :
• Form 5 graduate or above.
• Min 2 years relevant experience in office administrative works.
• Familiar in MS Office.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Good communication, responsible and well organized.
• Accounting experience is an advantage.
