i used big cherry tomato
5 cherry tomato
1/4 carrot
1/2 手掌大 of 猪肉 (免治)
a 手掌大 of ABC粉　
a 指頭大　cheese

1 pot of hot water 煮ABC粉　(煮淋　過冷河)

湯
1. carrot 切粒　and 放入滚水 (so that they can be soften)
2. 放入猪肉
3.　tomato 切粒 (add last)

add ABC粉 to 湯. 收水

add cheese and 攪溶

DONE!

I didn't. I let her tried a little first at the first time. No allergic reaction then just go ahead with cooking it the next time . she was 7 months then.
