\to share my experience (complain case in bxc)
because i quite know their operation, all tel conversation has record, and branches has cctv. so...
1) Mark down date, time and staff name/no.
2) phone to complain dept and mark down name of staff handle your case
3) request listen back the tel conversation / ask complain dept staff to listen;
4) If happens in branches, ask for cctv (complain dept staff only)
5) request verbal/ written response/outcome of investigation
6) finished!!!
They 200% apologized to u!!!trust me, maybe they will also mark down in computer record coz after that, when i go there, they serve me 100% better than other customers
p.s. make sure u are right and they are wrong!!!
