General Sales order process including preparation of invoices and quotations, follow up of sales enquires, customer survey and sales related activities.
Liaise with customers and work closely with internal departments to follow up order
Support oversea sales agents, prepare the samples send out to the customers
Update the order status in the system and maintain the database
Develop relationship with our customers
Provide administrative and operational support to oversea sales agents
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Degree holder in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
3 - 4 years of experience in Sales Coordinator or Customer Service field is preferred, with less experience will also be considered
Detail-orientated, decision making skill, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and be good team player
Good command in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel)
Immediately available is highly preferred
