Job Description
  • General Sales order process including preparation of invoices and quotations, follow up of sales enquires, customer survey and sales related activities.
  • Liaise with customers and work closely with internal departments to follow up order
  • Support oversea sales agents, prepare the samples send out to the customers
  • Update the order status in the system and maintain the database
  • Develop relationship with our customers
  • Provide administrative and operational support to oversea sales agents
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Sales Coordinator or Customer Service field is preferred, with less experience will also be considered
  • Detail-orientated, decision making skill, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and be good team player
  • Good command in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred


Remarks:

- Hunghom Area
- 5 days work but need to work on Saturday alternative week
- Work Life Balance
- 0930 - 1830
