When I searched , found someone is asking whether the domestic agent "Top Famous" 高譽 is good or not?
I need to express be very careful or avoid to use it
1. Even the work visa had issued in HK and agreed with the arrival date. They still bring out lots of excuses to delay the new maid arrival.
2. The contract did not state for any air ticket extras, but they charge me if I don't agree, they would further delay
3. As HK employer would paid for the maid's PCR test , later on I realized the maid also paid the same and air ticket extras to her Indonesian agent. 食水好深
4. When the maid required to renew ID card or their passports, even the employer paid to agent, it's still handled between maid and employer. This agent did not do any work
In overall, they did not provide the fundamental service, sufficient support to both employer and maid.
The agent fee is close to 20k, but not worth at all
According to the news from another agent in Fortress Hill, the sibling of Txx Fxxxxx owner is also owning another agent company. They would remind the employer to communicate with your existing maid whether they are willing to renew the contract five months before contract end. Actually they would change your maid to another family in similar situation , higher the maids salary , then employer need to find a new maid and paid them for expensive agency fee in every 2 years instead of contract renewal. Again as they keep the passport of the maids, so those maid would follow their instructions unless they changed to new agent.
For this kind of dishonest handling, definitely need to share with all readers here.
