Hello, my son is 13months old now. He was an accident. Me and my hubby did once on my day 9 and i became pregnant. (my period is very accurate, around 28 days.
Therefore, I am sure day 9 was not my egg day that time.

we also did before my egg day... we did on both day 12 + 13 & i'm now pregnanr with a boy... (my normal cycle is 28 days)... good luck

I heard that eating alkaline food also improve the chance of having boys?Do the 2 motheres eat a lot of vegetables instead of meat?

your guess is right!!!

i do eat a lot of veg! (& my husband is the opposite, he eats more meat)

maybe that has an effect on the sex of our bb... btw, the chinese calendar which predicts the sex of babies doesn't apply to me...

Thanks for your advice.
Hope my baby is a boy.
My egg date is 20 Nov(lowest tempeture day) and I did sex on 19 Nov

u've "bingo"ed, right? congratulations!!!

to give u some more info, at around 2mth, i began to found lots of hair growing on my belly, esp around the navel.... not too sure if that's to do with the male hormones of the bb... but my skin condition is the same... :-P

actually, i haven't really done anything ga... coz i had a miscarriage this may (at 7 weeks) & i was really upset... & i thought i would never get pregnant again (coz it took me a long time to get pregnant)... so, when i found myself pregnant again in sep, i was overjoyed! originally, i wanted a boy, but after the miscarriage, i don't mind whether it's a boy or a girl anymore coz it's already a big gift to have a bb...

i heard that to increase the chance of having a boy, it's better to "do" AFTER the egg day... so i used Clearplan & "did" when the line appeared... i tried that for more than a year & didn't even get pregnant!!!

therefore, i tried to "do" before the egg day lor (cos we really want a bb) (it's easier for me coz my cycle is normally very regular...) & i got pregnant...

so, i guess unless u r like me i.e. can't get pregnant when "do" after egg day and if u want a boy, it might be a good idea to try after the egg day... maybe my diet has an effect too... but other than that, i think it's just luck... but as i've said, after the loss, it's already a gift/blessing to have another bb, i shall love my bb whether it's a girl or a boy...

yes, having a baby is really a big gift. I have a daughter whom I love a lot. nothing can replace the joy she gives us. I really enjoy the process when I was pregnant. It is a great experience. That's why I am planning a second one, hopefully it would be a boy, but most importantly is that the baby is healthy and happy. Enjoy the process and be happy all the time.

Although I have a boy, I am still planning to have the other one. I don't mind it's a boy or girl. We have tried a few months but still have no result. My husband is not always in HK. That is one of the reason it's difficult for us. But even we tried to do around 11-13 days last month....still has no good news. Can you tell me when did you "do do" to get pregnant this time???
I was thinking....may be it's better to do it before egg days...at least not much pressure.
