麻煩大家。我想寫一段以下英文:

"今年一月至八月銷售額比去年同期增加百份之七"

如果用Google translation, 成段英文很像很累聚

"The sales from January to August this year increased by seven-eighths compared with the same period last year.

其實我可不可以用最簡單寫:

The sales increased by 7% for August 2023 (YTD)
