Job Description
[color=var(--y44q7i15)]Responsibilities:
  • Perform full spectrum of reception duties and office administration functions mainly in greeting guests, telephone calls, courier services, procurement of office supplies and stationeries, meeting rooms reservation, etc.
  • Support in organizing company functions and staff activities such as Christmas party, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team
  • Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year relevant working experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Independent, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn


Location uarry Bay (Mon - Fri ) week
Salary : $14K
