Perform full spectrum of reception duties and office administration functions mainly in greeting guests, telephone calls, courier services, procurement of office supplies and stationeries, meeting rooms reservation, etc.
Support in organizing company functions and staff activities such as Christmas party, etc.
Provide day-to-day support to the team
Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
Immediate available is an advantage
Diploma or above
1 year relevant working experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Good communication and problem solving skills
Independent, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
