Yes, you can use at home; as long as it has 3G coverage; you can online anywhere. It doesn't need to be at hotspots.

PErsonally I used Smartone for over 3 years and it is very stable. But I dun know whether it is the cheapest among all the service providers.
(3) 係咪只可以一隻"手指wifi"用o係指定既Notebook? 如果將隻手指插入另一個Notebook上wifi得唔得?
It can use in any notebook. Actually there is a SIM card stored inside the USB. So, the concept is similar as mobile phone, you can change any phone and just plug in the USB and it works in any machine. Only it requires to install the software when the 1st time you use.
