Roles and Responsibilities
• Follow up with agency on the pending cases and preview the documents to ensure the documents are sufficient for contracting and license registration
• Process the financial package application and ensure the completeness and quality of the submitted documents
• Support the enquiries from agency recruiters on the new agents’ contracting and registration through helpdesk service, enquiry system or incoming calls
• Monitor the recruitment system stability and work close with the service providers
• Provide related statistics on recruitment processing
• Handle enquiries from internal departments as well as agency.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services or financial institution. Relevant experience in agency registration / contracting area, and administrative support to agency channel is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attentive to details
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Mandarin).
