Motor
walk fast(ocassional falls), stairs (one hand assisted), hold a cup, pick up small pieces, climb up to sofa (rather clumsy), bounce, tiptoe, can't run, pile up/build blocks, can't jump
Cognitive
recognize A-Z, 1-10, colors, speak and understand ~ 40-50 english vocabularies (learnt from books/flash cards), speak two pharses (e.g BB食Mum Mum), follow 1-2 step instruction (e.g. pick up the tissue and then put it into rubbish bin), understand facial expression
Self-care
use spoon (still in messy, not able to feed herself), can't indicate toileting need, but feels happy if she pees in potty, dress up/take off pants (assisted), take off socks/shoes, comb hair, wash/dry hands, sleep in a single bed on her own
Social
enjoy playing in group, can't share, like greeting even strangers, love singing (sometimes make up with her own lyrics)
Hope to strengthen her motor skills, teach her more about emotions, train up toileting...
