Hi, Annie929, pls recall what reasons to cause you to make the decision to leave the company?? Your "regret" feeling after submitted the resignature letter is normal, I sometimes also have similiar feeling (i resigned, and now still in the company as I need to give 3 mths notice), like did I make the wrong decision to leave the company.....but luckily whenever I face my boss, she reminds me I didn't make the mistake. So, rethink what reasons to cause you no longer want to stay in the company!! Of course, if your family needs you to support financially, then money is much more important then our own feeling, then we have to work for family and work for money!! Take it easy la! Don't give yourself too much pressure!!!
if u feel bored about the job/company, why stay!!!
also, if you stay with the salary increment and job promotion, other people will think you are "dancing the grass dress" and will give you "weird" look - then u might need to adjust your mood if you plan to stay. -i.e. even more boring
