我一家３口經綱上買了馬航往返吉隆坡及香港電子機票,當回程時在吉隆坡機場check in時,馬航櫃臺職員通知我耍搭的航班時間18:45除消了,另安排第二日早上9:15航班返香港, 馬航就安排酒店及膳食至第二朝返香港,返到香港就向保險公司索償賠償問題，我給他們登機証及電子機票的文件，後來回復要求我向馬航取書面文件為何航班除消，及後馬回復是operational reason caused the flight cancelled,但保險公司拒絕我的索償，他們回復是要付合以下情況下受保
1) Riot or Civil Commotion;
2) Strike or industrial action;
3) adverse weather conditions;
4) hijack;
5) mechanical breakdown/derangement of the aircraft;
6) due to grounding of the aircraft as a result of mechanical or structural defect
