if u r staying in singapore right now, u may check the property classified ad.....else u may look up the property agent web site ad like ERA.....the embassy near orchard road should be under distric ...

good area include beside Orchard will be Bukit Timah, Central and East Coast....but if u r staying here with kids then u need to check the good school cos u leave within 1km got better chance to get ...

Victoria Park I believe should be the name of the private appartment.....植物公園 = Botanic Garden @ Tanglin which is near America Embassy
