我講吓我嘅步驟 :
1) 磨姜汁, 份量大概 2 湯匙
2) fresh milk + 小小 sugar, then put in microwave "丁" 2 mins
3) 用 d milk "倒" 落 d 姜汁道, 用個 dish cover 個碗 for 2 mins.............
但最後完全唔凝固 !!
Please teach me what problem or any procedure should be change ??

我都係用維記嘅高釳 low 脂, 不過如果我將 d milk "丁" 2 mins 是否太熱呢 ? i will try tonight for "丁" d milk only 1 min, let see the result !!
