Do anybody have same problem of the back & neck painful ?
As I used in different way to solove , but can not .
Anyone used the therapeutica back support - I saw in "fuk yin yat chow" = magzine issued in each Friday.
Do anyone have the comment for this . Please help.

I work and I use computer everyday. My neck-bones were not in the right position, therefore I always felt dizzy and was sent to hospitals by ambulances before. But now I've fully recovered.

After you enjoined the "gas class" , now, you neck is no problem. totally recovery. I mean , you didnt use any support in office & at home .
Where you lean for "gas class" & how much ? Because I also take yogo , swimming, but just only 1-2 days are ok, after that , still same.

Yes, neck , shoulders & back side is normal painful in Hong Kong.
I suggust you , first to see the doctor, if not something wrong, you can to do some massage.
Before my neck & shoulders was very painful, and my left shoulder & back are growing up very big. After X-rays , not the neck & back side bonz moved the position. Just only muscle painful.
I saw some doctors , that one is ok. Also, the treatment (machines) are moden.
