I think you just can't eat something that will stop your milk supply, such as piegon, 淡豆豉, liver, 麥芽, etc. Try not to eat too much spicy and fried food.
I am a working mum and had been pumping milk for a year. I needed to pump 4 to 5 times a day. In the past, it took about 30 minutes to express milk. But now it takes about an hour. I do want to continue but I could not afford the time and my milk supply continues to drop. Is there any method to shorten the pumping time & increase the milk supply?
