The rate given by our local bank is higher (e.g. HK Bank, Hang Seng..). There are some bank in Worldwide plaza which there main branch is a major bank in Philippines. The rate they provide is lower and also have door to door service or can transfer money to their own bank a/c in phil. even on the same day, so their relative can withdraw money with a ATM card in Phil.
