My son is studying N1 at Tung Yung, my feeling is the teachers take good care to the children, because the teacher will brief parent what was happen to your child in school almost everday. And they have NET, Putonghua techer to tell story and play game once a week.
My son told me the food is yummy, he can get refill if he wants. (My elder son's Kinder cannot refill!!)
For activities, I think they have arranged good enough, for example, they went to Discovery bay for Midautum Festival, tomorrow we will have school panic at MaOnShan Park.
For N1, this school is really a good choice.

Only full day 9am -4:30pm, school fee is HK$2800 including 4 meals a day. If u want I can forward u some pictures about their school life to u.
