Any good IPCAM to recommend?

I want
1. Wide angle (must be wide angle to see)
2. To view on mobile phone
3. Virtual server (no need to turn on computer)
4. two-way speakers (or one-way if not)
5. Easy to install
6. Fast and sensitive to move
7. Can record on SD card
8. PowerOverEthernet (if any)

I tried the SOGO demo here.

It seems that panasonic are not viewable on mobile phones and slow to load and respond.

I also tried some Vivotek

It seems not all are movable and image not very sharp.

For LevelOne, the pan and tilt angles are not very large. But very few are viewable on mobile phones.

Most likely, I should overlook something as they should be good brand. Any good recommendation???
