關於agent費用平貴問題

點解agent收的手續費可以相差咁多?由幾百到幾千都有,我想問這樣同僱工的質素有冇關係?會唔會平

I have asked this question to some agents before. All of them said that if the helper pay more then the agency fee will be cheaper. I don't know there is any relationship between the agent fee and the quality of the helper but the agents of couse said no la.

As what i know is, actually the maid has to pay a lot of money for the agency fee at Phillipine, mine one has paid HK$18,000.

Of couse, she was in Phillipine. Because hk govt only allow they have to pay 10% of the monthly salary for the agency fee-- ie about HK$370.

Therefore, if you employ the one come from Phillipine wil be better.
