Hi BK sisters,

我試咗10個月都失敗......

有用過排卵tester(not sensitive for me)、量體溫幫助(not stable for me), 但都好confuse,
Now用緊排卵鏡 to check the 排卵日, 仲 confuse, almost mad.....

我想問吓有冇sis知到有冇西e可以幫到我照倒幾時係排卵日?
Any 地址同電話?

你CYCLE 準唔準 ? 計日子同睇分泌得唔得?

另婦科醫生有超聲波既都可以CHECK 到. 但唔知易唔易約.

My cycle 唔準, from 29 to 38 days....
分泌都唔得, 因為always有分泌, 所以Now用緊排卵鏡 to check the 排卵日, 仲 confuse.....

Almost mad.....any 醫生 suggestions?

佢測2個賀爾蒙:E2 & LH
好處係佢係排卵前話你知有3日high fertility,2日peak fertility。唔駛估估下。我用佢Peak 當日開始隔日dodo,bingo!但開始時要好有耐性學點用,只有英文說明,勁貴!!!我係讀Take charge of your fertility 本書識佢。Bingo後覺得都算值,第2、3胎都可以用。

be patient, I failed for 1.5 year from many tests you mentioned, when I started to give up and stop doing anything and even we decided not to have bb but then I just got BINGO! so amazing

To me, I believe, the most important is to be "RELAX" and "enjoy"

除了計LH, 試試可以留意下分泌的。我這個月並沒有用任何東西去TEST 排卵, 不過有一天覺得分泌特別多, 而且可以拉出一絲絲的, 這一天之前和之後我都有ML, 應該就是那幾天BINGO了, 所以真的是靠運氣而已, 祝你早日心想事成。

係check vv,但很衛生,基本上vv不會碰到monitor。

測試方法如下:
在 http://www.clearblueeasy.com/clearblue-easy-fertility-monitor.php 有"watch the demo":

1)
Cycle day 1, set monitor 做 day "1"
要在早上做 (e.g. 我用8:30am, 咁你的測試時間將會是前後3個鐘,即5:30am-11:30am)

2)
等M完,冇o野做

3)
大約day 6開始,如在你的測試時間內見到monitor閃下閃下,叫你insert test stick,就要用晨尿做test

方法如下:
a) 用新test stick
b) vv
c) 套上膠套等vv唔好滲出
d) 把另一端插在monitor
e) monitor 閃5minutes
f) monitor 閃完取出test stick

Result:
1) low fertility: 等下
2) high fertility: 可能1-5 日內排卵,do do 有機會bingo,因蟲蟲會生存幾天
3) peak fertility: 即平時大家o既D仔深粗,24-48hours 內排卵,準備努力做人嘞!

The Clearblue® Easy Fertility Monitor typically identifies up to 6 fertile days – it not only shows you your 2 Peak Fertility days, it can also inform most women of an extra 1-5 days of High Fertility prior to their Peak Fertility. Since your partner’s sperm can survive in your body for several days, having sex on all of these days can lead to conception.

Estrogen is produced in your body on the days leading up to ovulation. When an increase in estrogen is detected by the Clearblue® Easy Fertility Monitor, it indicates that you’ve reached High Fertility, which is typically displayed for 1-5 days prior to Peak Fertility. Since sperm can survive in your body for several days, by having sex on these days, you increase your chances of getting pregnant when you ovulate a couple of days later.

LH is the hormone that triggers the release of an egg from your ovary. This release – ovulation – usually occurs approximately 24 to 36 hours after the LH surge. When the Clearblue® Easy Fertility Monitor detects your LH surge, it displays Peak Fertility status. Having sex on these 2 days maximizes your chances of becoming pregnant.

我個人經驗:
1) 第1次用好煩,要學...由day 6-26都未有high...(我那時cycle極長,3x-6x天...)之後monitor唔再叫我insert test stick,以為壞咗...原來monitor一個cycle只記20日... O
下個cycle起monitor會學曉唔咁早check, 大概由day 9開始,咁我就work嘞!

2)對於我呢D cycle勁irregular的人,好有用。因為佢check E2 & LH hormones
E2會係排卵前5-7日先上升,然後是LH
俾我同老公有時間準備好好做人

3)saliva ferning pattern, mucus observation 對於我唔work,本身要digital answer, yes? no?

4)
只適合cycle 21-42的女士

問過醫生，醫生說有人的排卵分泌是在排卵前幾天開始，有人只會在排卵日有，亦有人是在排卵期完結才有。
所以，用分泌睇排卵，只可作ref，不能exactly知邊日……

test stick一個月用 <20條
e.g.我cycle長,知道day12前無可能排,便day 12-28盡量逐日check(要有patience的,如果miss 1-2日都得,因為正常有起碼1日high, 然後同D仔一樣:2日peak) Peak 2日後唔駛check

Cycle regular 用2-3條都得,但咁regular用D仔、曼仔、哈哈笑、唔用都得...但不是我law...

Monitor 好像首次用時是由day 6開始,如cycle長,下次會改遲為e.g. day 9開始

只適合cycle 21-42天的女士
