If the maid is not satisfactory, ask the agent to talk with her. Give her a chance to change. If she does not change after 1 month, start to hire a replacement in secret. When the replacement arrives in HK, fire her with an extra 1 month pay.
I assume you are not working? If you kids are obedient, u don't need a servant by the time they attend kindergarten. If they jump around all the time and throw up like mine, wait till the young one goes to primary school before u let the maid go.
I think with the ages of your two kids you need a maid there to assist or otherwise you will be exhausted when taking care of both at the same time. If you really don't like her, suggest that you sack her and find a replacement instead. Good luck!!
