HELP!!!工人到左一個星期，但想換人，點攪???換人又要攪幾耐呢???

我個工人36歲，賓賓黎既，佢到左1個星期，不過要換人既聖旨係我既太后(奶奶)，佢話個工人蠢到死(但佢個工人係佢朋友介紹 話識湊bb wor)禁鐘永遠唔識開門，依個工人3年前係香港做過7年野，但係奶奶話做廚房野唔識，有時奶奶大聲小小，佢淨係識話驚驚驚，好似未打過工咁，而我只係覺得佢好似未湊過bb咁law，因為佢幫我個女換片，但係條脾"拿"仲有屎屎，我就最慶依樣law 而家奶奶個工人話有個fd.介紹wor，我想問如果而家換人要攪幾耐呢??因為下個月中我返工喇

Hi HelloMoon,

Same as you, we had a Indo helper who just work with us 7 days only. I found that she didn't willing to communicate and even to play with my baby (2 years old). So, we decided to fried her immediately. But, We still looking for a right helper who has working experience at HK for replacement. Our agent introduced some helpers (both of Pilp and Indo) to us in the past three months. End up no one be OK for work. Actually, this is very hard to find a right helper through the agent except referred by friend or relationship. You must check reference first before sign the contract. If the helper who not finished the contract, I suggest you don't employ her as must be a trouble include.

通常會有d什麼証明?

詳細d問下佢平時既工作, 如話邊D邊D識做, 咪叫佢講返全個步驟出黎聽下, 就知佢有冇講大話羅. 唔好盡信AGENT, 最好自己經TEL interview 佢, 仲可check 下佢d 英文得唔得.

如果係賓可以好快, 大約兩至三星期, 我朋友 6/12/04 入 form 24/12 就批左出黎, 如果你請現成, 可以睇佢 contract, passport 的 visa 裏面有僱主名, 同年期, 可以 check 到佢係咪真係做左咁耐同問佢羅前僱主的電話打去問佢僱主佢的 performance, 當然佢可以搵人扮係佢前僱主但起碼比佢知道你唔係乜都唔識, 重有可以問佢羅前僱主的 reference letter 睇下佢僱主寫佢做野點都好 d 架
