I just come back from Singapore. I have a very bad experience with Festive. I almost did not get a room. Here is my story: I booked a 4day3 night package with Singapore airline holiday. When I arrived and presented my hotel reservation slip. The front desk staff told me there is no record in their computer. After a while, another staff said my travel agent made a mistake. Our booking has been cancelled. The hotel is fully booked, they cannot give a room. The staff suggested us to stay one night at the Hotel Michael and did not promise us anything for the next two days. We called the local travel agent, but different story was told. The agent checked our record and said Festive Hotel confirmed they have room for us. We were very angry and asked to talk to the superviser. Finally, the superviser upgraded us to Suite room.

If you already book Festive, when you arrive and tell you no record found, ask to talk to the superviser, don't waste time with the front desk staff.

If you have not booked Festive, I strongly recommand you book other hotel.
