My agent told me that I have to give her 1 month notice if I'm not going to renew her contract. Is that true?
I don't know whether need to tell her 1 month before, as the agent tell me if I tell her so early, she may not treat my kids good. so I just plan to tell her on the release day.
Is it okay for this ? Did you employ another new maid after release the previous one?

My ex-helper contract ends on 27/8 but I early release her on 14/8. I just fax a letter to immigration to state the release date and reason.
