I am a working mom, and pump the milk until he was 11 months. I really feel proud and happy about my experience.
keep it up !!!
what you can do is bring some ice pad and ice bag to store the milk.
For breast milk, due to the immune issue, can stay in room temperature for 6-7 hours. If it is in a refrigerator, can stay for 24 hours. Therefore, if you put the milk inside the ice bag with ice, half day is ok.
how many times you pump depends on your situation. Of course, the more your pump, the more stimulation your breast have, the more milk you will get.
However, sometimes it's very hard for working mom. For me, when I was too busy and can only pump 2 times in the morining, and 2 times in the afternoon, the milk level and supply will drop.
that's why I highly recommend you once you got home or during weekend, breast feed directly.
I am not using 冰堡. I bought a bag which had an insulated compartment ( can keep the milk cold when used with ice pad). I can put the pumps and other accesories together ( in other compartments)in one bag. It cost me $400 dollars from Celkl (尚健)
