Yes, I will ask my friend to wash hands before playing with my baby. Generally, once I back to home with my friend, I'll say to BB that: mami and auntie have to wash hands, pls wait us for a while.

I used to keep one bottle of hand sterilizer and some sterilized tissues (you may buy it at BeBe Dream, it's always on sale) in my bag. It's so useful when going out with baby, you may clean your hands always without taking a long queue at the dirty toilets. Before grandmom and friends hold my baby, I will pass the sterilize tissues to them. Don't be afraid to say it out, they should understand how we are worry especially after SARS!!
