My maid arrived HK at my home for only 8 days, she then said she find she is not suitable for the job and want to leave, what can I do ? Do I need to pay for her return ticket ?
I had same experience. My Inin maid came only 4 days and wanted to resign. I asked her to sign the resignation letter first to prove that it is her proposing contract termination. Since she just came for 4days, I complaint to the agent and said I would not give ticket. if she wanted me to give ticket, she has pay me one month salary first. Finally, she did not give me any money and I also did not buy her ticket. You may try to complaint the agent and ask her to pay one month salary to off set your air ticket.
