Be careful of Chartered bank H+0% plan. If I am not wrong, when the H-rate increased and you are forced to pay the P-2.5 cap rate, you still have to pay the admin. fee. Thus, your actual rate will be P-2.5%+0.7% for the first three years.
This is the hidden charges and many people amy not be aware of it.

yes
there is such a risk.
however, if the H keeps on lower than P by around 3%,
the 0.8% of the first 3 years would not be counted in the combined interest so it's really attractive.
I ask my husband to investigate on this.
he said the H would depend on the money supply and the P would depends on the economy status.
so it's really difficult to choose.
however, the current cap P-2.5 is still much lower than the offer in most of the times, so we choose this plan.
by the way, my husband told me that SC offer us H+0.7.
