My maid just arrived for few days and resigned without reason, how can I blacklist that maid in the immigration dept so that to avoid other family suffer the same with me in future.
If you maid left without giving you one month's notice or payment in lieu of notice, then you may complain to the Labour Department. I think the Immigration Department will not blacklist your maid if you have no other proof of misconduct or unlawful behaviour of your maid.
