Employer requirement:
1. your family should be able to speak Engilsh
2. you need to follow and familiar all labour law.
3. you need to be good in negotiation and disaster management.
4. you need to be polite or they will choose another employer by interview in HK, then resign and return to new employer.
Interview for overseas:
1. depands on what you need her to do what kind of work, choose those ability can do.
2. do not choose those come to HK but did not finished contract up to 2 yrs. whatever the reason they said, it is fired.
3. choose nose bigger and hand bigger. means hard working and honest.
4. do not choose those look pretty, e.g. big eyes and high nose as they will come to do "part-time" chick chick soon.
5. check if she understand English. do not expect all of them can speak English.
6. do not choose over 40 yrs old, as easily to get sick.
7. check if she is mentally healthy by asking psychologica questions. you need to find. this is not included in body check.
8. do not choose too young like below 25, as they cannot resist temptation and do some stupid things like tomboy, golden hair, many ear rings, talk in phone day and night.
