Another Mom on another topic started by thread starter has brought out her idea. This might be a point to start. Gotta have
1. a group of volunteers,
2. Define mission, targets, plans.
3. Registration with gov't (????)
4. get members, and membership fee and raise funds to run.
5. Hire part-time (eg. experienced/retired labour dept staff) to work/operate.
6. Connection with consultants/legal advicers, political parties.
7. Conduct regular members' meetings to collect ideas and draw up plans for action
That's juz roughly what I remember from previous posts. Perhaps sister can add/modify or even delete any of the points here.
