Would like to know how to convert mds/mdf file format into VCD ?

hi Mrs_Tsui,

mds/mdf is an image file for cd recording!
U may have the software for "mounting" the image on a virtual cd-rom drive like : alcohol120% or daemon tools.

Alcohol120% is a shareware(with cd/dvd burning function)；daemon tools is just a virtual cd/dvd rom drive(freeware).

Or u may try Nero burning rom as well....
