ark 27" is situated at 27th Floor of Hotel Park Lane. It provides western food, not buffet. If you want to have buffet, you can go to their coffee shop, the food is also OK but the environment of Park 27 is much better. I suggest you to go after 8:00pm, it has a fantastic view of the harbour, very charming. But don't forget to tell the staffs there that you prefer window seats when you make reservation by phone. The mood is very good. I went there for my husband's birthday last year. I ordered a tiramisu from them and taste is very good too!
