You may check again in the website of labour dept
4. 返菲律賓機票, 可唔可以fixed 日期? Yes, but agreed with her first as the airticket cannot be changed. The ticket can be issued within 1-2 days in the web site, so you may ask her to give you a date.

揀b的話會唔會怕佢玩嘢? I will give her a very good reason, e.g. let her have enough time to find another employer, etc so that to avoid her to play tricks.
(1) Fire and let her go immediately;
(2) The maid works for 2nd contract for you. Don't tell her you fire her because you will be a full time mom (==> the job no longer exists), otherwise she will claim you an allowance (not "long service" as not over 5 yrs, but I forgot the name - I read in BK earlier).
