I went to Metro City today, and feeded Moses inside the baby care room, then i saw another mom who is a china woman breastfeeding her baby-5.1/2 months, then she is wondering how i can still bf Moses as she is afraid of the teething coming in of her baby, and asked me about other nutriation about BF after 6 months, as originally she is not sure if she can continously bf her baby, then i encouraged her..
later there was a fat woman with a Indonesia maid coming in, with her son at about 2 years.
I recongized her as we have breastfeeding our babies together in this room about 1/2 years ago, then i said " hi "to her.

then she said she stopped bf already, and was going to feed her son with formular ,...

she then :" wah, you still BF your baby, he is already
more than 1 year, i stopped it at his 14
months",

I : " why not, WHO suggests moms continously
bf babies at least 2 years, and it is a very
good thing.".

she : no, of course they suggested that , because
the foreigners have more nutriation than us.

i: no, it has no difference, you can eat more foods
with good nutriation. also, why you believe in such
"less nutriated " formualr , but questions
breastmilk? formular cannot copy breastmilk.

she : no, i found the breast milk no nutriation, when
i feeded him , he was very thin.

I: thin is not equal to unhealthy, fat is no good. BF
can have more anti-body to baby.

she: no , my baby's health is okay as he now is
having formular.

then i do not want to continous any discussion with her. but her discussion will affect that china mom. poor.
but i really want to tell her " do you want your baby very fat as you, not healthy ! ".
such woman.....

I don't know why. Now, I turn quite annoyed when someone question about the advantages of breastfeeding! Esp., those who believed that they are correct that formular is better.

我以前都會受人影響, 因為我bb都係below average in weight, 想停, 但而家唔會, 因為佢好健康, 無病, 我好相信同bf好有關係. 希望大家繼續努力!

I am 200% sure that bf is far far far ...... better than formula (even the formula manufacturer admit this), my son is a good example. He is so happy, healthy, heavy and well-built. No one can challenge me about the beneift of bf!!!

All bf moms insist and keep it up!

Time flies, my kids are 12 and 10 years old now

真不明白爲什麽到了今時今日還有那麽多人以爲BB胖就是好。我前陣子看過一個營養師寫的書，裏面說人體的脂肪細胞數量是在出生頭兩年（或三年，不太記得了）就決定了的，之後身體的肥瘦則取決於這些脂肪細胞的大小。
換句話說，如果嬰兒時期食量過大，長得太胖（奶粉BB常有這種情況），脂肪細胞形成了就不會消失，這樣就種下了日後變肥仔肥妹的根了。
只要孩子健康活潑，聰明伶俐，瘦一點又何妨？
況且研究早已證實，母乳BB比奶粉BB的IQ要高呀！

P.S. Moses的全新‘肉照’真的很過癮！好一個開心BB!
